At Grambogård, we put a lot of time and effort into self-regulatory control to enable us to deliver the best possible products. We have chosen to follow the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system of food safety and quality, and our butchers are responsible for keeping this updated. The HACCP system applies to all products and processes at Grambogård slaughterhouse.
We are committed to producing and delivering products that satisfy our customers’ requirements, those of the authorities and our own in relation to food safety and quality – and we never compromise on our animal welfare guidelines.
In addition to our own internal checks and balances and the official control of foodstuffs, we undertake annual certification, so you can be certain that we keep our promises.
